Multi-Part Business Forms The multi-part carbonless business form gathers information the traditional way. Delivery notes, purchase orders, wages slips, job tickets etc. are easily transported when padded. They can be provided for computer printers in continuous format for invoices, statements or remittance advice notes. Sizes vary from A5 upwards but are supplied in 1, 2, 3 or 4 part sets with a choice of colours for each part of a set. The forms can be either glued into loose sets, the sets padded, or stapled into books. Books usually have the top copies perforated to pull out. The bottom copy remains in the book as a record.
